Explanation

Couple of bugs pertaining to this status

1. Amp Overdrive does not apply electrified for any longer than the guardbreak (desc is 7 seconds)
2. The status itself does not seem to apply a damage debuff, despite innately reducing damage by 10%
3. Second Interrogation doesn't work on HP damage, at all, 7% vs 6% (intended 50%, plus thunder resist
