Explanation
I've seen this bug many times today, and I haven't found anyone else reporting it.
Basically, character creation doesn't load the appearance part
(I'm sorry if I typed something wrong, English is not my main language)
(this specific print was taken right after I joined the game, but it still doesn't load even after minutes of waiting)
