Explanation
If you go to the acient rotlands, to be specific the static spawn with the purple/pink angels, you get a free chest full of rings every single time. The angels do not spawn in, but instead you just get danger tagged for 18 seconds and a free chest. You can server hop this for a good note farm. I haven't tested if this gives free XP.
(I only saw a really old bug-report that mentioned this, but that one didn't specify it also giving a free chest and neither did it have a working clip)
