Explanation
The Legshot Talent has 0 cooldown , 0 indicator , as well as it bypasses all forms of prevent of proccing meaning.. it procs even if it hits block , parry , dodge , ghost , etc.
It constantly just reapply the Talent slow on enemy and it also doesnt have a global cooldown. So u can chain stack crit for rifles such as Rifle spear , Rosen , Summer rifle , etc
Honestly this Talent is cool and all but right now its a very strong cancel of all movement when hit and apply way too much slow after a crit
