Explanation
I was using shrine of chance to get "Preseverance" talent (30 fort 30 will), I used 1 Ace to Foretell that card and yet it still cost me over 40 knowledges to be able to get it althought the update said it's guaranteed (Or i'm just insanely unlucky) <:iron:1451774017718583327> (Is the Foretell system is 100% or not...)

yea ghost and manipulator are also unobtainable through the foretell system even after a whole moonseye
This bug just make any builds unable to be finished
Spent over 2 moonseyes on fast blades btw even though I have the ace stuff
And i still didn’t get it
