Explanation

After relogging from the shutdown, I got Landshark through a Curiosity talent hand (specifically Field Report). Rejoining after the second shutdown converted Landshark into a quest talent, as intended, but it did not give me a new talent hand.
I did not reroll any talents while having Landshark to have a talent voided as this notice states https://discord.com/channels/920707638034067486/1447970324334379160/1463317661285879965

I did every talent-giving Bravery, Curiosity, and Compassion quest twice after the latest shutdown just to make sure, but I didn't get any new talent hands. Landshark obviously doesn't show up in Shrine of Chance either. My talents are now 59 out of the intended 60 for my particular build. I see messages of other people having the same issue.

I reasonably don't have video evidence of such a niche situation to be opening a ticket for. Is there a method to get the talent space restored?
