i tried using talent favour didnt work
foretelling didnt work
without these it didnt work too
i tried rejoining
i tried on another server
i tried on different region server

Yeah, it's really stupid, but if you foretell a card you for some reason just can't get it from Shrine of Chance, it's bugged as of now
After the first moonseye im leaving the game and not continuing until its fixed
