Explanation
This is with and without anklet of alsin at 22 light wep
Damage when hovering over weapon is higher than actual damage
Seems that damage hovering over wep is what it should be, while actual damage is wrong and lower than it should be

Dummies have damage resistance, like every other player. The damage shown in the description would be true if it were true damage
