Explanation
I dont really have proof or anything to show but all I can say is that I have a fairly decent computer but recently after getting back into deepwoken I realised that often when I am combat tagged by ms spikes, keep in mind I am playing in my servers and my computer can handle way better games than deepwoken.

Ping related issues are always due to Roblox issues but there's been a good amount of reports talking about this exact situation
