Explanation

I am trying to get ghost but I can not because risky moves does not exist for some reason, I already meet the requirements of 25 agility since I have 65 plus I did NOT burn the card in case anyone thinks so. I also tried to look for it in the talent deck but it is simply not there. Please look into this and fix the issue I want to get ghost.
