Explanation
Mini chests in vow of iron are completely gone. None to be seen.
If a player picks one of these chests up, it will be gone for other players for a few minutes, and then respawn. However, since the newest patch, this feature has been gone, and no chests are to be seen ANYWHERE. See screenshots:

I noticed in Pathfinder no chests spawning in the Trial of One area. I wonder if they removed static chest spawns in Pathfinder (intentionally?) and forgot to change it for VOI
