They casually gutted weapons like gran, they shadow update giant updates regularly like making weapons unclimbable

Shadow updating the void update. And regularly ignoring game breaking features.

I would not be even remotely surprised if they said “you know what i don’t really care about this feature” and they removed it so people stopped asking about it

So its just a theory

I used to trust update logs but they regularly lie in them or purposely do stuff like this

It is true agamatsu himself just confirmed he removed chests because when he was running away from a mudskipper it prevented him from moving and he died

Havent seen that. I'll let the tester say whether its a bug or not
