Explanation
if you combine a not bankable item with the stats of a bankable item you cannot bank the item even tho it has the stats of the bankable item and the cosmetic of non bankable this happened to my confessors charm and mantle of enmity.

Smelted equipment with the appearance of unbankable items are still unbankable, though i dont know if its a bug or a game feature. I'd say its intentional
