Explanation
i have 34% to everything and 514 hp yet im taking 18% from a viscious descent??? and 17% from a battleaxe swing

can only go 30 secs
but liek with 100 heavy the most a battlaxe can do is like 40 dmg? so with ym resistances i shoudl onyl be taking like 5% at most
well 17% of 514hp is 87
and lets just say they had 100 pen
dmg mod hard caps at 1.5
so they would need to do 58dmg with hard capped dmg mods 100 pen do be doing 17% on a 514hp build
if the person who blockbroke him used a crit and had a build based around that its pretty easy to hit the damage mods hardcap
a way too easy actually
