So you died, and noticed it wasnt in your inventory a little after you respawned

And you were using a different weapon

Lummin splitter. I was swapping weapons while fighting himm

So thats most likely what happened

Or like right before dying, happens often in chime or when taking exit portals

I would guess it shouldnt be too hard to get a restore eventually
