Explanation
I was gonna make a build using all three different wep related to chef's toque and it woudnt include willpower EVEN THOUGH ITS ALSO PART OF MIND. Im partially sure this is a bug since Im supposed to be able to use it but since im not an expert at this lemme know if it actually is a bug or not and explain why it is/isnt.
