Explanation
i was doing titus and i was about to talk to him before an authority gaurd (which doesnt despawn after u kill him for some reason) ASH SLAMMMED HIM AND THEN HE DIED. for people that get paid to code and keep a game up it seems like its just for money since the capabilites of the dev team is so p*** poor that they saw this as a way to get money and barley put any effort into it
