Explanation
Titus Fulminus Destelus keeps saying, "You? The Legion doesn't even know your name..." even if I have the right amount of reputation to get the Oath Blightsurger. I've completed 30 quests from the Hundred Legions, and none of them gave me more reputation, so I'm 99.99% sure it isn't my issue because I've beaten him 4 times (solo), and every time he says the same thing. Couls you guys check it up ?
