Explanation

best feeling abt progging vortex echo is to find out that it wont remove the cool down on 20% of your mantras and your build just becomes unusable, plus the game just doesnt work in general. Please mods start opening your eyes and typing something on your keyboard, so far i just progged for 2 hours just to find out the build just wont work, because the mods said so without making it clear!
