Explanation
mantras getting de-leveled by interacting with mantra table post shrine lvl 3 agil mantras turned into level 1 mantras once i interacted with it level 5 str mantras turned into level 4 str mantras

you dont have the req for lvl 5 str mantras and for lvl 3 agility mantras anymore not a bug

shrine of ordering will reduce your mantra levels to the maximum it can be increased to based on ur stats
