Explanation

Not sure what it is, but on my E slot while progging I stopped gaining levels even when I fought duke 6 times in a row and depths farmed to insanity 2. I keep getting a message to go to distant lands and fight others at power 19, and my soul is apparently still tone deaf. I don’t get it
