Explanation

Currently the CD seems to be the exact same as the healing version (33 seconds 💀), probably top 5 worst mantras in the game so the CD being bugged + the condition to need to be jumping off Mount Everest for it to do any "decent" damage makes this mantra pretty much useless. This mantra also does nothing while you are on the ground not sure if this part is intentional.
