Is this not any different to the critical of a gun though where the crit is connected to a seperate entity. I understand the while with the gun it is a projectile but with web weaver it is a summon but I'm just wondering if there is an actual difference as both are critical attacks and should therefore function the same with regard to talents.

Why doesn't the spider attacking someone count as a crit hitting I mean as with the Vortex Echo it is incapable of dealing damage or "hitting" but with this crit it is.

spider is not your crit

its a summon of your crit

Are they not the same and should as a result fall under the same talents
