no isnt it "If you Meteor Slam an opponent whilst on fire"
meaning the oppenent is on fire
no im pretty sure that means while YOU'RE on fire
wouldnt it come from agitating then?

also (unknown user mentioned) do you have emperor flames, if so, the fire put on you will be absorbed and you wont be able to proc pheonix impact until emperor flame is on cd
since pheonix impact requires the user to be on fire to proc
then it wouldnt do this when i have emperors on, and isnt emperors supposed to take ur fire thing? or are u talking about this post
wiki's discription was wrong so i didnt realize i had to be the one on fire
emperor flame removes burn applied to you and converts into stacks

if youd proc agitating spark emperor flame would consume the burn that would be applied to you and convert it into an emperor flame stack
ok so thats not the reason agitating bugs out good

only goes on cd once you activate emperor flames aka consue 5 burn stacks
