Explanation
I've done alot of The Understrand Ministry agent Kills 20+ already The Chest Won't drop it, i've also tried buying a new slot to test if it's not obtainable in the same slot, it didn't also drop in the New Slot is this a BUGGGGG?!?!?!??!
