rn from what ive seen its shoulder bash twincleave masters flourish

shoulder bash does scale, but the scaling was incredibly nerfed

at lvl 5 it does like 24 damage

and its base is 22.5

rapid slashes at 85 light lvl 5 base is 20 +6.67

exh strike lvl 1 19wp base is 20 not sure if its broken

welp dont got any other slots with other mantras so thats about it

they scale to mantra lvl not weapon investment

they scale to wep investment to

1.65 scaling on most attles mantras

they scale with weapon invest (in case of weapon related mantras) but op 1st and 2nd sc have the proper scaling from 1 to the other

so the correct scaling is under the base damage 🤔
