Explanation
There was a previous post talking about specifically Twisted Puppets burn, but Agitating Spark breaks burn just in general. As you can see in the clip, when Agitating Spark is on cooldown, my M1 doesn't cancel Burn. When it's off cooldown, it plays the VFX then cancels the burn once it reaches the other bag.

the whole point of the tester server is to have an organized bug list. It will not get forwarded again, but devs will be given a reminder from time to time
it got reported by this guys to devs and mods and its been in for 10 MONTHS
and this is one of the most important talents for flame that every1 uses
its worthy of a hotfix not waiting for the next century

ive seen cory cruising around in bug reports and going through multiple ranks its very possible to be forgotten

only thing i managed to do is get dex to buff the weapon then people abused its scaling and now its gutted
m1ing the dummy when agitating spark is off cd and they are on fire will remove the burn
more of an usable weapon i guess

we do not bother devs with small bugs, if its gamebreaking we do, but eventually they will get to this one.

A forwarded bug means the devs are aware of it and working on a fix

^ in this clip the left dummy's burn status is extinguished at 0:06 because agitating spark procs and spreads the burn to the right dummy

Based on my observations, Because agitating spark spreads the flame from the opponent TO the user as well
- If all players are on fire, agitating spark goes on a 1 sec cd every time it ‘procs’ as it does not find a player that is not on fire to spread it to, so it does not remove the burn
- If you hit a player that is burning but you arent, it will try to spread the burn to you but fails to do so for some reason, meaning the burn was actually spreading but didnt actually burn the user, so burn effect was removed as it is intended behavior to remove the burn if there is an available person to spread the burn to, which was the user.
- In the OP’s clip, the burn was being spread to the user (which can actually be seen), but yet again fails to do so. This however meant that there was a non-burning player that it could spread to, so the burn effect on the dummy was extinguished.
(unknown user mentioned) this is why the burn status is being removed, the only bug here to my knowledge is the burn effect not being applied to the user when it is spread, even when the user is not in burn immunity, it just wont apply burn to the user
if it really is like this it should be changed because it basically fully removes the burn effect on them and u get the burn instead
