You used free trainings which only gives the points, not the exp required for them You are basically in exp debt and you need to pay it off

For ur information: Using autodidact points doesnt give u free xp, it takes ur xp and puts u into xp debt. If u dont have enough xp to clear this debbt u cant lvl up
