Explanation
As you can see on the images, I died to him, by the BEAM attack no less he's only supposed to use at the docks, but guess what, not only was he not there, BUT WAS ACROSS THE MAP, AND STILL HIT ME.
It aggroed onto me earlier when it just showed up in front of the docks, I lived, and it left after a while, but when I returned- BOOM, right in the face, baha-blasted.

cause he doesn't use it unless a player is near him
