Explanation

idk if this is known or not but speed demon bleed ticks appear to be doing half the dmg they're supposed to one bleed proc should be doing 15% of my scaled damage (29) spread over 3 ticks so each tick should be doing 5% which would be abt 1.4 dmg but instead they're doing 0.7 innate bleed weps seem to be working

why did the devs halve all bleed damage and expect it only to apply to weapons? are they that lazy? they should have just gone to each bleed weapon and changed their bleed damage percents individually so as to minimize risk of messing with anything else.

Bleed Weapon Rebalance ⏬ The DoT bleed damage on bleed weapons has been reduced from 30% to 15%. This means that instead of bleed weapons dealing an additional 30% of their scaled damage over time, they now deal an additional 15%. The high default of 30% made these weapons very unintuitive to balance, as despite having lower damage values, these weapons could outperform weapons with higher damage values due to the DoT applied on hit
