Explanation
I dont have clip or anything of it because it just fully closes my game, but i'll try to be as clear as possible. I started my progression as the authority origin, i get a mission with the capitan, after i set sail, EVERY boat on the world just VANISHES and i start piloting a invisible boat (add on that this is not a ME BUG, as my friend has the same issue, he just didnt crash.) after i get to the island, summer, miners landing etc, after some time my screen just freezes, and after that the game closes by itself. It is only on deepwoken, as tested with other games and happens every time i try to set sail to a mission on the authority prog. Sadly i cannot play rn since the game just dies and also it kills my pc everytime it freezes and closes.

i have 16gbRAM
also like i said, it doesnt happen on any other games, and i played forza horizon 5 on ultra
uhh im pretty sure this is just an issue for you (the crashing is at least) and is probably caused by roblox but we can try to solve it anyways do you:
- use a custom bootstrapper (bloxstrap, voidstrap, froststrap, etc. ) or other external software that modifies roblox
- have many other programs running that could be limiting resources (browser, discord, medal, etc. )
- know of anything in specific that causes it or does it just happen at seemingly random times
I’ve been crashing whenever I die, type or press too many buttons in Chime of Conflict—or, occasionally, other instance-based servers, such as to1. 😭
some other stuff to try:
- reinstall roblox (i hate this but like half the time it fixes stuff)
- check roblox crash logs for suspicious stuff

My game freezes and hard-locks my computer. I think it’s a software issue sadly.

if it freezes press alt+f4 to close it
it might take a bit but it'll close eventually

miner's landing too, the places the capitan sent me it crashed every time i got out of my invisible boat and touched my foot on the island
Hm i was thinking shadow eruption could be causing this since its had an issue for a few weeks
i mean, it would make sense because the npcs that appear on the quest are the black armored ones, with shadow
