roblox is pretty garbage at region matchmaking rn

now devs can customise it

it doesnt work at all infact it works all the other way around cba is useless

yes it still is. devs CAN customize it but they tried to and the same issue happened (garbage regions). Its been confirmed devs did not touch it after reverting the changes back to normal, meaning roblox the only reason this is bugging out

they are extremely limited in what they can customize and the one statistic they can edit that has anything to do with region doesn't work properly

they can also make it so it resends the players to different instanced servers until it's one where both players have low enough ping

or assuming both players are same region, pick one at random and send and send until that player has decent ping

i dont think you'd want to spend 15 minutes queing in chime

games like UBG does it just has a limit of like 7 hoops

ok my point still stands people aren't gonna like waiting a s***ton of time for their chime matches

it really does not take 15 minutes

they already go and make bug reports for if they have to wait more than 30 seconds to load imagine the masses when they have to wait 3 minutes every single time

then make it a setting

then halfo f everyone is gonna be annoyed at the people who have it off and the other half will be annoyed that it takes a while for s*** to happen (and entirely oblivious to the setting's existence)
