Slight missinfo, looking at my recent build I didn't actually uncap my stuff, but I have 100% done it in the past as you can see in the screenshot

What? Yes they are for willpower, my willpower is currently capped and needs to be broken despite me clearly having 100 willpower on another slot.

if so then that slot doesn't count for perma unbound because permanent unbounds were 5 months after l2 release

Hmm I see that makes sense but I'm pretty sure I've made builds since then with over 75 willpower, can't confirm it 100% though.

But, I think this slot might just be fully bugged with its meta progression because hive tps arent working as if I havent washed my face despite them working on the slot I progged on yesterday and I will check if I can oath skip blindseer in a second cause I fully progged blindseer about a week ago on a different slot
