Explanation
Enchant description states it would be a 20% increase to its damage as it increases by 4% for every 5% hp above 75%. Damage during testing was only an increase of 3 from 40 when in reality it should be an increase of 8 from 40. 43 --> 48 7.5% --> 20%

Actually my mistake, forgot to account for the *s on the weapon. The increase heroism makes is even LESS then it should be

With heroism which is just obsurd what is even the point in running it

5 prof 94 wep
Same 3* dmg from both basic repeater and heroism repeater
The damage of the base repeater was 41.7 while the heroism one's was only 43
With proper heroism it should be closer to 50 damage

they dont work with effects that differ in pvp and pve
always working as if it was the pve variant

weird thing is its still closer to a 3% damage increase in pve unless it is factored before damage multipliers
its a 5% in pve

4.1% increase
