Explanation
wiki says blast spark doubles the ether cost. not triples. but for some reason it does. decided to put a blue gem to reduce ether cost but that just broke it completely till the point where it will not cast

You need to put on as many range/size mods on the shadow gun as you can, and it will fix the ether cost
