Explanation
i oathbroke jetsriker and when trying to get it again the dialogue is locked to the last one you get after progging the oath, i went and got all the orbs over and over again each time, server hopping because they disappear when i get close, and the npc is still broken, this has been an issue for way too long do devs read these reports?
