Explanation

i got rid of jetstriker bc i forgot u cant shrine of order w an oath so i removed it and then i got it back eventually but i wasnt able to get any of the talents just the oath itself, and so he just says “Look at you, rival It looks like you’re truly one with the song, hah. You’ve come a long away!” someone pls help i have proof that i even got all the orbs.
