Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a test server on Discord
2. Follow steps on "Discord Bot" video tutorial
3. (possibly?) Set all bot permissions on the #general channel
4. Use /report to report a bug

Explanation

When reporting a bug using the /report command on a discord server open in a browser windows, a (seemingly random) error occurs starting with "🚨 An error occurred while submitting your bug report. Please try again later."

This happened twice, seemingly at random - I don't remember the exact bugs I reported, but one of them might have been "/report game freezes when I press escape".

Happened on a test Discord server where the releases channel, welcome channel and bug reports channel were all set to one channel, #general.
