Explanation

Hello,

I want to report a serious problem I'm having with my house in Bloxburg.

I've been building this house for about five days and earning money to do so. While trying to join a private server, every time I tried to place my house, I got an error message. I thought there was simply no space available, so I joined a regular server.

When I tried to place my house there, I discovered it had disappeared, and the beginner's house was there instead. I also have another plot that leads to an empty location in mid-air. I've checked all my plots, switched servers several times, and restarted the game, but the problem persists.

What's most concerning is that I haven't received any refund for the house. I've lost both the construction and the money I invested in it.

I have screenshots as evidence and can provide them if needed. I've been playing Bloxburg for many years and have never experienced a problem like this before.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate my case and, if possible, restore my house or help me recover the money I invested in it.
