Mobile Player Vehicle and Balloon Interaction Bugs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take out a balloon from inventory
2. Use a mobile device and sit in the car (Happens rarely)
3. Get the torso and arm removed (Happens rarely)

Explanation

Bug Report: Mobile Player Critical Character/Vehicle Glitch
Description:
This bug has been present in the game for years and appears to affect mobile players only. It occurs inconsistently but can severely break gameplay.
Issues observed:
Vehicle Interaction Bug:
When a mobile player taps “use” on a vehicle, there is a chance that:
The character instantly dies, OR
The character loses body parts (torso and arms detach).
After this happens, vehicles stop functioning properly.
Attempting to sit in a vehicle again results in instant death.
Balloon Interaction Bug:
If a mobile player is given a balloon, they instantly die.
This issue does not occur for PC players.

I think both bugs are coming related.
