Steps to Reproduce
- Click use on the vehicle
- Notice that your avatar has lost either 1 or more limbs
- Exit the vehicle, your arms should still be missing
- Click use on the vehicle again
- Your character will be reset.
Explanation
Using a vehicle removes your arms, and exiting the vehicle, then using it a second time resets your character
