I have gone back to August to complete the missed puzzles. After completing the counter is still wrong and missing one day hence I cannot get the prize

Hello! Thanks for your patience. It looks like I checked the October records but not August. Unfortunately, the issue was likely caused by the daylight savings switch, and we are not able to adjust the calendar retroactively, but I've restored the 500 gems to your account!
