Explanation
When playing the daily Sudoku of the 18th at around 11:5x pm and solving it in about 10 minutes it caused my streak to be set to a one day streak without a prompt to break the streak. It also marked the daily of today, the 19th as completed even though I never clicked on that, so that seems like a mistake as well.
Lastly, when checking the calendar I see that the 18 does not show as completed, even though that was the daily I started and finished.
I'd expect that the 18th would show as completed and the 19th was shown as new and playable.
As this issue was resolved for another player but not for me, I am reopening this in a new ticket since the previous has been closed.

While the streak was restored for me the playable day was not. That relates to this line. > I'd expect that the 18th would show as completed and the 19th was shown as new and playable.
It's also unclear if anything will or can be done about the issue reoccurring should one play again just around midnight. For now I try to avoid that but it is a little off putting knowing one easily can run into trouble and cause a little havoc just like that.
Couple months ago I had experience finishing the current game passed midnight. The game was accounted for and I can play the next game right away.
It is no longer the case.
Hello @here! I checked with the devs, and it seems to be intentional: Even if a puzzle was started before midnight, if it's solved after midnight, it would not count for the previous day and would break the streak
(unknown user mentioned) I checked again, and it seems I already repaired your streak on Nov 18, but your data shows you haven't completed this puzzle, so that's why it's not displayed as completed you can purchase it for 25 gems to complete it
