Explanation

Hi, I am unable to collect the gem reward for the month of November even though I've solved all the daily puzzles. The same issue happened to me last month too, for which you just credited the 500 gems manually (thanks again haha). But it seems the issue has repeated again, with the November reward showing up as 29/30 despite all days being completed, like the picture shows

The other issue was resolved late November. So same issue just not retroactively resolved. I posted one a few days ago regarding it.

It may be related to the DST issue where I got my streak back, but am now not counted as having played on November 2nd.
