Explanation
It’s exactly what the title says. I know i played last night because i play it with my boyfriend everyday. I finished the puzzle, claimed a mystery box even cuz it was our last day of the week type thing so there was a reward. However, during playing the game, a pop up that says “failed to save player data, last saved (time) ago” pr something like that. I ignored it because it appears every now and then but nothing bad happens so we ignore it albeit being annoying. My mistake might’ve been not taking it seriously enough. In the past the time was always 00m 00s. But last night, there were actual numbers. I even dictated it out loud everytime it would appear and it popped up every 2 minutes i think. I didnt take it seriously cuz i thought it was just sudoku tweaking. I claimed the reward, we both received 75 sudogems, i even finished the puzzle before him at like 6 minutes. I dont know what happened but it just broke like that. Attached is the photo of the “restore streak” popup. We were supposed to do our daily challenge together again but this happened. I dont have a screenshot of the “failed to save player data…” thing cuz again, we dont take it too seriously because it always happens after we finish our dailys. It’s like a boy who cried wolf situation, it’s upsetting. We managed to build that long streak despite having days where one of us is sick, even with splitting headaches, we push through just to build our streak and it’s gone just like that. Pls help TT

We finished today’s daily and this was the pop up i was talkiing about. After closing it however i failed to screenshot the next pop up but my bf managed to capture it
