for the record the game works and launches on phone and browser

just not on the desktop app

but it was able to launch it once

i dont know why it no longer works

Not sure. OP said desktop was the only place they couldn’t play, so I just checked to make sure. It might be a device issue like you said or maybe software related.

To be honest Windows in these last few years have had really weird issues and I could expect anything from them
