Explanation

Hello Daily Sudoku Together Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with my daily streak.
I had a daily streak of 196 days, but it was suddenly reset, even though I have completed every daily puzzle without missing a day. I’m confident that I solved the daily puzzle on the day the streak was lost.
Here are my details:
Discord username: judoka_.
Lost streak: 196 days
Approximate date when the streak was reset: 30.12.25
Platform: Discord Activity (Daily Sudoku Together)
There were no intentional skips, but I have a little Connection Problems. I'll send two Screenshots, one of Them Shows how I opened The game on the specific day and completed the puzzle and the other is the latest Screenshots of my streak I have.
I would really appreciate it if you could check this issue and see whether the streak can be restored.
