Explanation

Almost every day I keep receiving messages about loosing my streak, even when I already completed daily. Also I beat daily level yesterday and got 108 days streak, later I received notification about loosing my 108 days streak (I ignored it because these notifications lying), now I tried to complete daily but the game said that I missed a day and lost my 107 day streak, not 108. I guess the game just didn't count my daily for some reason. Probably the reason is sync error or something... Wanna add here bad optimization and that's it. Won't return to solving sudoku any soon, at least until crucial bugs won't be fixed

I launch all of my games, including this one, in a message to myself. Yet, I get these messages from the app, too. I deleted the thread yesterday, but it came back today. I just keep it muted so I don’t get the alert.

Exactly the same issue with my game. I am really sick of this.

It only allows you to play the daily game once per day, and yet late afternoon of my real life day it starts telling me to play it or lose my streak.

This morning it's wiped out my streak. Really, really annoying!

Hello @here! The notification does not impact your streak in game

In fact, it is possible that you've already completed your daily puzzle, but the notification was already scheduled. In this case, you would still receive the notification, but it does not impact the game. If you've already completed your daily puzzle, the streak has already been taken into account

it cannot be related to the notification, because the notification has no link with the streak or gameplay, and it's handled by another server

you mentioned "synch issue" - did you authorize the game when you launched it for the first time? or did you launch the game on several devices at the same time?

For myself, I only use my PC. Sometimes I launch from the Daily Sudoko icon in my Direct Messages. Sometimes I launch it from the sudoku channel in this server. Can that make any difference?

yes if the game was still running on PC, but was then launched on mobile - there would then be a saving issue

Every day around 8 PM since September 16th I have been messaged in Discord that my streak is about to break. It has always been wrong. I have always played it well before 8PM.

I'm at the point where I'm ignoring it as useless, since if I ever did forget, I would ignore the warning.
