Steps to Reproduce

1. Press M, select any tab (e.g. inventory, tribe, tech tree)
2. Double tap M
3. Item bar will be hidden unless you go back to inventory

Explanation

If you menu, go to any of the tabs above and double tap the menu button, your item bar gets hidden unless you go back to your inventory
