Radio Communication Failure in Certain Biomes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get 2 people
2. One must stay at the human base
3. Another must go to a further biome such as coastal plains.
4. Get the person at coastal plains to send a message in the radio
5. Bug happens.

Explanation

When in certain Biomes (Furthest of the Human Base, Example: Coastal Plain, Beach Arch, Woodland) Shows a "[No Signal]" Text and Scramble the message on the sender part
However The receiver at human base does not get a "[No Signal]" Text, and is able to read the scrambled message without any problem.
But whenever the sender is from the human base and the receiver isn't, the receiver does not get any message in the radio.
